Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms and formulate appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual needs.

• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies, ensuring alignment with their evolving therapeutic goals.

• Educate clients and families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques, aiming to empower them in their healing journey.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by coordinating with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health care to incorporate into therapeutic practices.
