Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for Texas
- Prior experience in school-based OT roles preferred
- Familiarity with ESPED (IEP System) a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with COTAs
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations and ongoing supervision across a small district
- Work collaboratively with 2-3 certified occupational therapy assistants
- Manage a consistent caseload (37.5 hours per week)
- Track and submit weekly timelogs for approval
- Deliver effective, compassionate support to students
- Maintain compliance with all IEP, ESPED, and district documentation procedures
