Part-Time Accounting Assistant

Job Description A small specialized recruiting firm located in Laguna Hills is seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant . This individual will provide support to the Director of Operations for a variety of accounting‑related administrative functions. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills, a background in accounting is a big plus . The position starts at 20 to 25 hours per week, ideally five days a week on a consistent schedule, but there is some flexibility. This is a temp‑to‑hire position and the pay is $24‑$26/hour to start, based on experience and could lead to a full‑time schedule. Responsibilities Providing clerical support utilizing MS Office software Data Entry Payroll and Billing Support Keeping Database up to date and accurate Qualifications Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
