Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health concerns and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored specifically to the client's situation.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing recognized treatment methodologies to facilitate healing and progress.

• Implement teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations or face barriers to in-person visits.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and remain abreast of the latest practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree is required; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building and maintaining a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• A demonstration of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' life experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to adeptly handle a caseload and administrative responsibilities.
