Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment, enhance patient health status, and improve resource utilization.

• Collaborating with the medical and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at increasing patient compliance and care coordination.

• Employing evidence-based treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings to promote optimal psychosocial functioning.

• Documenting social work activities in patients' medical records in accordance with departmental standards.

• Providing education and support to patients and families to facilitate understanding and adherence to therapeutic recommendations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
