Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create individualized care plans.

• Monitor patient progress continually and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective management of mental health conditions.

• Prepare and maintain thorough treatment records and reports using contemporary technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Develop collaborative treatment plans with patients, their families, and other stakeholders to optimize care and address individual needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
