Virtual School Psychologist | Michigan

A contract position is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services. This role focuses on delivering psychological assessments, consultations, and support to students within an educational setting. The opportunity involves providing services remotely, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in meeting student needs.


Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpreting results
• Collaborating with educators and families to develop intervention strategies
• Providing telehealth counseling and support services to students
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to goal setting
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting support plans as necessary

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid School Psychologist credential or license
• Experience in telehealth service delivery within educational settings
• Demonstrated ability to conduct psychological assessments and interpret data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with school staff and families
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
• Previous contract or renewal experience preferred, especially with Extended School Year (ESY) programs
