Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate appropriate and individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address the various needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on the size of the caseload and experience.
