Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide individualized psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. \n Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop comprehensive case conceptualizations to guide treatment planning. \n Facilitate collaboration with other professionals, including case managers and support staff, to ensure holistic care for clients. \n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies. \n Incorporate trauma-focused methodologies and intervention strategies into therapy sessions to promote healing and resilience. \n Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance professional development and support team objectives. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma. You will provide therapeutic support addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Your work will directly contribute to improving clients' emotional well-being and facilitating their recovery journeys.
