Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy and other therapeutic modalities to address varied mental health issues.

• Facilitate effective collaboration with clinical and support staff, as well as external stakeholders such as schools and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Document all client interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with agency billing and documentation requirements.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including staff training sessions, to continually enhance your therapeutic techniques and knowledge base.

• As necessary, obtain LPS designation and take part in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for urgent client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will implement strategies that address their unique cultural backgrounds, life experiences, and emotional needs, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is a requirement.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
