Physician - Radiology, Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging (Open Rank/Track Faculty)

Overview The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek an Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging Radiologist to join the Department of Radiology. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience. Duties and Responsibilities Contributes to the day-to-day clinical operations of the Abdominal & Pelvic Imaging Division of the Department of Radiology. Provides high-quality patient care as related to the Abdominal & Pelvic imaging service. Contributes to clinical and imaging operations as related to the Abdominal & Pelvic imaging service. Education, Training, and Faculty Development Conducts and provides clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related educational offerings, both within OSUWMC and at regional and national levels. Collaborates with faculty and leadership in the Division to develop and refine medical student, resident, and fellow training opportunities. Serves as a mentor and sponsor of residents, fellows, and faculty in the Department. Research and Scholarship Supports clinical and translational research activities and innovation. May serve as PI or Co-I in grants and/or clinical trials. Serves on Department, OSUCOM, or OSUWMC committees to represent research and innovation interests as appropriate. Job Requirements M.D., D.O., or Ph.D. in imaging and/or imaging-related fields. Board certification in Radiology (ABR, AOBR). Subspecialty fellowship in Abdominal & Pelvic imaging, or equivalent experience. Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio. Position Details Traditional in-person, 8am – 5pm coverage Monday – Friday for both part-time and full-time positions. Weekend and holiday coverage is limited and equitably shared among abdominal faculty. No evening or overnight call responsibilities.
