Job Title: Adoption & Engagement Specialist III Job Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC Role Summary This role focuses on driving adoption of an AI‑enabled platform through structured engagement strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and targeted outreach initiatives. Scope Of Work & Key Responsibilities Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive platform adoption. Conduct workshops with business users to gather feedback and refine value propositions. Build communication materials including email templates and onboarding guides. Lead targeted outreach campaigns to onboard users and collect feedback. Establish feedback loops to continuously improve adoption and usability. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years in adoption/change management roles. Proven experience delivering strategies and communication assets. Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and user engagement.
