Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with assigned clients facing major mental health challenges, including those with severe emotional disorders, both remotely and within the community.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and comprehensive assessments as needed to determine clients' needs.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring appropriate linkages to necessary services and resources.

• Provide a variety of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and provide on-call support during assigned hours.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and administrative reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives that seek to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves diverse populations who experience various mental health issues, including those stemming from socioeconomic disadvantages, trauma, and systemic barriers to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Resilient Minds Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
