As part of our detox center, you will be involved in providing vital services that span from policy oversight to hands-on support for children and families navigating early developmental challenges. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children in Early Intervention (EI).
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored strategies and interventions that reflect each family’s priorities.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor and assess the effectiveness of services, making necessary adjustments to optimize child developmental outcomes.
\n
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to families, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate healthy developmental activities within the natural learning environment.
\n
• Establish trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to create a supportive atmosphere conducive to growth and learning.
\n
• Stay updated with and adhere to federal and state regulations pertaining to social work and early childhood intervention practices.

• Continuously document interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards for health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. By providing tailored interventions from the moment of diagnosis or identification of needs, you will play a crucial role in helping children develop the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills that are vital during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to facilitate home or community visits as needed.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse learning styles and adapt strategies to meet the individualized needs of children and families.

• One or more years of experience in early intervention or a related field.
\n
• Understanding and commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
