Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays to inform treatment planning and goal setting.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to families, helping them navigate challenges while fostering their child’s developmental milestones.

• Collaborate with educational and healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to child development, offering insights and recommendations based on assessments.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations while employing best practices in social work and child development.
\n
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

• Foster rapport with children and families, employing engaging techniques that encourage trust and emotional safety.

• Facilitate community resources and referrals, positioning families for comprehensive support beyond the immediate treatment scope.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus lies in supporting infants and toddlers, particularly those experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will have the opportunity to impact children aged birth to three years, addressing their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development. By collaborating directly with families, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they are equipped with the tools and strategies necessary to foster their child's growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise is valued at Solaris Behavioral Health Center. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
