As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in this role, you will primarily work remotely, engaging with students and their families through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing recognized evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that set actionable goals and interventions based on individual client needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, educational staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to the treatment of students.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to address urgent mental health issues.

• Engage in consistent supervision and clinical consultation with peers to enhance clinical skills and patient care.

• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops and support groups while fostering a supportive community environment among students.

Your primary focus will be on students in school settings, many of whom may be experiencing challenges ranging from mild anxiety to severe emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
