Summary: MarketFully is looking for a Business Development Specialist to create long-term value by finding multilingual content marketing opportunities to showcase and sell the industry‑leading MarketFully.AI platform. In this role, you will use various strategies, including cold calling, e‑mailing, and networking, to identify and connect with prospective accounts, with the goal of setting appointments and closing MarketFully.AI platform opportunities. This is a hybrid role which will consist of both appointment setting/lead generation for Multilingual Content Marketing Services and the MarketFully.AI platform, but with the ability to close sales opportunities for the AI platform. Essential Job Functions: Prospect and generate appointments with marketing organizations within mid‑market and global enterprises to help identify and solve efficiency and effectiveness of multilingual content creation. Conduct discovery calls with inbound and self‑sourced leads, referrals, and targeted outreach for organizations to sell the MarketFully.AI platform. Perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods. Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads. Make cold calls to connect with prospective customers or clients. Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads. Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills. Other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree required. 1-2 years of previous sales experience. (SaaS experience is a plus). Proficient O365 experience (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Proficient in sales tools including Outreach, Zoom, Gong, and Salesforce. Ability to articulate and resolve prospective client challenges and objections. Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and market trends.
