Our client, an elevated women's contemporary label, is looking for an Operations and Administrative Coordinator to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL! Title: Operations and Administrative Coordinator Location: West Palm Beach, FL Schedule: On-site (Monday through Friday 10 am - 6 pm) Background: Must come from a fashion background Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Administrative Coordinator to assist with day-to-day administrative and operational support functions. This role is heavily administrative in nature and is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, and handling detailed operational tasks. Responsibilities Filing and organizing accounting and administrative records Processing and managing tax invoices Attaching vendor records to payments Cleaning up and maintaining accounting files and documentation Supporting payroll‑related administrative processes Assisting with general office and operational administrative tasks Qualifications At least 2 years of administrative and/or payroll support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks and filing work Experience managing records, payroll support, or documentation preferred Open to candidates with payroll and records management backgrounds, even if their experience is more administrative than accounting‑focused Seeking someone who will enjoy and stay engaged with the day‑to‑day administrative responsibilities of the role Preferably not overly seasoned, as the role may be too junior for someone with extensive accounting experience Software Knowledge Needed Shopify QuickBooks #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
