Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to devise comprehensive treatment plans that include psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention strategies, and discharge planning.

• Maintain ongoing communication with other healthcare providers, including physicians, to discuss client progress, share concerns, and adjust treatment objectives as necessary.

• Engage in community outreach, forming partnerships with local resources and agencies to represent our organization’s interests and further enhance the quality of care available to our clients.

• Deliver therapeutic counseling services using a variety of evidence-based practices, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges in both individual and group settings.
