Revenue Specialist, First Party Auto, MVA – EnableComp Location: Franklin, United States EnableComp provides specialty revenue cycle management solutions across the healthcare industry. With over 24 years of experience, their unified E360 RCM platform improves financial sustainability for hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers. Position Summary Revenue Specialist investigates and analyzes Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) accounts to identify and coordinate insurance benefits, resolve outstanding balances, and ensure timely, accurate reimbursement for clients. The role works closely with patients and insurance carriers to process first‑party claims and maintain strict confidentiality of PHI. Key Responsibilities Conduct online medical research of MVA claim payments using EnableComp’s proprietary software and other medical websites. Request, acquire, and review medical records, provider notes, explanations of benefits and other documentation, and submit hospital claims to insurers. Follow up with payers to update claim systems with accurate information and to obtain supporting documentation, ensuring prompt reimbursement. Prepare correct MVA billing packets and submit with all necessary documentation to insurance companies. Communicate with patients or insurers via various mediums to discuss claim status and likelihood of resolution. Review and interpret payer EOBs to determine appropriate actions on claim balance after auto insurance resolution. Perform other duties as required. Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections. Minimum 1 year of experience with MVA claim resolution preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications. Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claim processing and data requirements for MVA and first‑party auto claims. Ability to work independently, meet productivity targets, and communicate effectively. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; stable performance under pressure.
