Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an assigned caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries while providing therapeutic support.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans, including discussions on discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to foster their healing journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the needs and challenges faced by prospective clients.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to best serve client needs.
\n
• Participate in regular individual supervision to continue professional growth and development.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

• Adopt a growth mindset to continually enhance personal and professional practices in counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on serving a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, and children facing various mental health challenges. As an LPC, you will have the opportunity to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is mandatory.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including familiarity with RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and performance. Our Fee-for-Service model ensures that clinicians have a reliable income with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
