Body Shop Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Body Shop Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the body shopListen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutionsSchedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionCommunicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsHandle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessaryProvide customers with updates on the status of their repairsEnsure that the body shop is clean and organized at all timesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of automotive repair is a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
