Operations Compliance Director - Corrections

$44.5 - $47.5 per hour

Stark County Government is seeking an Operations Compliance Director to oversee the safety and security operations of its facility. This role includes managing PREA investigations, ensuring compliance with various standards, and maintaining operational integrity. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven experience in operations compliance. The position includes a work schedule of 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with varying hours as needed.
