A high-growth consumer wellness brand is looking for a strategic, social-first creative leader to develop performance-driven content for paid media. This is a fully remote opportunity for a creative thinker who understands how to build ideas that capture attention quickly, tell a compelling story, and turn engagement into action.

About the Opportunity

\n

You will shape the creative approach across paid social campaigns, helping establish a scalable content engine that balances strong brand storytelling with measurable performance. Partnering closely with senior creative and growth stakeholders, you’ll develop concepts, guide production, and continually evolve creative based on what audiences respond to.

What You’ll Do

• Develop original, platform-native concepts for paid social that are designed to stop the scroll and drive conversion.
\n
• Turn brand positioning and visual standards into flexible creative systems built for testing, iteration, and scale.
\n
• Lead the development of creator-led, UGC-style, lo-fi, and polished brand content.
\n
• Provide clear direction to creators, designers, editors, production partners, and other collaborators.
\n
• Create briefs, scripts, messaging frameworks, and content structures that support efficient production.
\n
• Use campaign insights and performance data to identify winning patterns, refine creative, and introduce fresh concepts.
\n
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity while adapting work for the realities of fast-moving social platforms.
\n
• Help build a high-volume creative pipeline without sacrificing quality, taste, or strategic focus.

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• Experience leading creative for digital, direct-to-consumer, lifestyle, wellness, or social-first brands.
\n
• A strong understanding of paid social creative, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, authenticity, and audience behavior.
\n
• Experience directing both creator content and more highly produced brand assets.
\n
• Strong instincts for casting, scripting, editing rhythm, and visual storytelling.
\n
• A track record of producing and evolving high-performing creative at volume.
\n
• Comfort working from performance insights to guide creative decisions and combat content fatigue.
\n
• Hands-on familiarity with editing tools, including Adobe Premiere.
\n
• A collaborative, resourceful working style with a high level of ownership and a bias toward action.
