Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address relationship dynamics and emotional challenges.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, ensuring treatment plans are adapted based on ongoing assessments and emerging needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
