Location: Winston Manor – Chicago, IL
Shift Available: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (PM Shift)
Next Day Pay Available
Full-Time & Part-Time Openings

Do you take pride in delivering high-quality care while supporting individuals with behavioral health and psychosocial needs? At Winston Manor , we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a dynamic Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting.

In this role, you’ll combine clinical expertise with strong leadership—supporting both residents and staff while helping create a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment.

• Monitoring, assessing, and documenting resident conditions
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
• Supporting residents with behavioral health and psychosocial needs
• Utilizing de-escalation techniques and sound clinical judgment in behavioral situations
• Collaborating with physicians, DON/ADON, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance and direction
• Responding promptly to changes in condition or behavior
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Supporting a structured, respectful, and therapeutic care environment

• Current RN license in the State of Illinois
• CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in behavioral health, ICF, or long-term care
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or behavioral situations
• Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
• Commitment to safety, dignity, and quality of care
