Work Environment\n

This role allows for flexibility with a fully remote work setting, accommodating the scheduling needs of both patients and staff. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, adaptations can be made to meet the diverse demands of our clients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, leveraging their expertise to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, helping patients gain insights into their challenges and foster a sense of community.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of service.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies to safeguard patient wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
