Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting allows you the flexibility to deliver therapy from the comfort of your home, all while being part of a supportive and collaborative virtual team. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some necessity for flexibility based on patient needs. This setup empowers our counselors to maintain a balanced work-life integration while delivering essential mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, ensuring the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide effective support to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to cultivate community and address shared mental health concerns.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emergency support to patients in acute distress.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment plans, and community resources available for additional support.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be equipped to work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various socio-economic backgrounds. You will be instrumental in providing care to those navigating challenges like anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use, tailoring your approach to meet the cultural and individual needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the State of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven capacity to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop efficacious treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to a variety of client demographics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative attitude, ready to work within a multifaceted health care team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
