Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate the unique needs of patients and allow for the development of custom-tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a space for patients to connect, share experiences, and foster community.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, explain treatment options, and inform them about available community resources, promoting self-advocacy and empowerment.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to improve both personal and organizational practices.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a wide range of client demographics, showing adaptability to various therapeutic scenarios.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
