Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect patient needs and preferences.

• Provide evidence-based therapy through telehealth sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling techniques.

• Maintain an accurate and comprehensive documentation system, including clinical notes and progress reports as per regulatory standards, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care.

• Actively communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient progress, barriers to treatment, and necessary modifications to treatment plans, thereby fostering a holistic approach to patient care.
