Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and strengths, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting approaches as necessary according to individual patient circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups, providing a platform for patients to connect and share their experiences in a supportive community setting.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and diverse healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Respond effectively to mental health crises, providing immediate support and intervention when required, thereby ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
