Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and establish treatment goals.

• Utilize bio-psychosocial evaluation techniques to gather, synthesize, and interpret information from clients, families, and referral sources.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that align with current evidence-based practices in mental health and substance use treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing challenges related to chemical dependency, including those at various stages of recovery. Our clientele represents a diverse socio-economic spectrum, and your expertise will be critical in addressing their specific needs, ensuring that they receive tailored care that empowers their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Services, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical therapy setting, preferably with experience in addiction counseling or mental health treatment.

• Adherence to high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in all interactions and record-keeping.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a capacity to adapt to varying client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
