Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including frequency, severity, and history.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address various mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower informed decision-making.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress during therapy, making necessary adjustments to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
