Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite school-based role invites you to work with young learners, making a meaningful impact on their growth and independence. Desired Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Occupational Therapist license (MN OT) in good standing
• Experience in a school-based OT setting, especially with elementary-age students
• Strong understanding of sensory integration, fine/gross motor skill development, and adaptive strategies for school environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and caregivers
• Detail-oriented documentation and case management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for elementary students
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement OT strategies within classroom settings
• Offer support and education to staff and families regarding best practices for student success
• Maintain regulatory documentation and comply with all school, local, and state guidelines
