Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as an LCSW will include:

  Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patient status using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders while tailoring treatment plans that consider the individual cultural and special needs of our diverse patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at New Wave Therapy Services, you will work with a wide range of patients experiencing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on delivering outpatient mental health services, and you will support clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with a history of trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Your ability to provide culturally competent care will be essential in promoting equitable access to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  A current and valid LCSW license to practice in California.

Preferred Experience\n
