Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior support plans.

• Maintain timely documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and agency policies, ensuring all client interactions and treatment processes are recorded accurately.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess and monitor client progress as indicated, allowing for informed decision-making in treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective support strategies for individuals facing behavioral challenges or mental health crises.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation procedures, contributing to the center's continuous quest for excellence in service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for resources and support for clients.

• Facilitate open lines of communication within the team and with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery that aligns with our mission of enhancing mental health in the community.

• Identify and pursue potential partnerships, alliances, and funding opportunities to further advance the center’s mission and expand our reach.

• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and community meetings to share and enhance expertise.

• Uphold and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and responsibilities.

• Perform additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the team’s efforts and the organization’s goals.

Qualifications\n
