Administrator in Training (AIT)

Administrator in Training (AIT) Salary Range: $85k-$90k annual. The primary purpose of an Administrator in Training (AIT) is to develop the knowledge, skills and ability to successfully become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and direct the day‑to‑day functions of a facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long‑term care facilities. The length of the program is dependent upon state regulations, past work experience and Administrator Preceptor evaluation(s).
