About the Role
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating staffing schedules and assignments to maximize efficiency and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintaining accurate records of staffing levels, employee hours, and other relevant data
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and care delivery
- Identifying and addressing staffing gaps and recommending solutions to management
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience
Requirements
- 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (or related field)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and scheduling software
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards
