Job Duties & Responsibilities Conduct floor walks and support day-to-day workplace operations. Manage freight elevator reservations and create employee access cards. Enter and track work orders through the building's work order system. Schedule and greet vendors while coordinating with vendors and landlords. Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or a related role. Familiarity with building work order systems and strong documentation/record-keeping skills. Strong communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented approach. Understanding of health and safety compliance and workplace procedures. Preferred Skills & Experience Previous experience coordinating vendors, landlords, or building services.
