- What does a day to day look like?
- Facilities Coordinator for 2 floors (Booking Holdings) in the Empire State Building.
- Candidate will be in the Workplace Services team, working alongside the receptionist and workplace experience coordinator.
- support in floor walks,
- managing the freight elevator reservations,
- creating employee access cards,
- inputting workorders in the building workorder system,
- scheduling and greeting vendors.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
