Facilities Coordinator 3 (5-7 years)

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry is seeking a Facilities Coordinator, to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the operations support team supporting the workplace team, helping ensure the office runs smoothly for employees, visitors, vendors, and building management.The ideal candidate will have a proactive service-oriented mindset, exceptional organizational and documentation abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Location: Empire State Building, NYC (Onsite) Pay Range: $25 - $30/hr What’s the Job? Conduct daily floor walks to ensure workplace spaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Manage freight elevator reservations and coordinate building access for deliveries, moves, and vendors. Create and administer employee access cards while maintaining accurate records. Submit, track, and follow up on facilities work orders through the building management system. Schedule, coordinate, and greet vendors while supporting workplace services and other ad hoc operational tasks. What’s Needed? 2-5 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, office operations, or a related field. Experience using work order management systems and maintaining accurate documentation and records. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees, vendors, landlords, and building management. Proactive, service-oriented approach with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and experience supporting a corporate office environment. What’s in it for me?
