Executive Chef Join a respected restaurant group as an Executive Chef, where you will lead a talented culinary team in an upscale Mediterranean-style dining environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and leadership skills while making a significant impact on the restaurant's success. Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary in the $85K–$110K range. Eligible for quarterly bonuses. Comprehensive health insurance. Generous paid time off (PTO) and dining benefits. Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a made-from-scratch environment, specifically with Mediterranean Strong leadership and communication skills. High energy and a hands‑on approach to kitchen management. Executive Chef Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Oversee all daily back‑of‑the‑house operations and assist with menu creation. Ensure adherence to the company’s high‑quality methods, standards, and policies. Train, coach, and develop staff to foster teamwork and a positive culture. Engage with guests, employees, peers, and company leadership in a friendly and approachable manner. Manage costs effectively and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue and profit goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
