If desired, you can work toward an agency ownership opportunity over time. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare State Farm insurance proposals for prospects and current policyholders. Meet sales goals developed in conjunction with the Agent. Contact prospects and current policyholders to schedule Insurance and Financial Reviews (IFRs) and needs-based sales presentations. Conduct needs-based sales presentations by phone, in the Agent's office, and as needed outside the office. Update client information in the Agent's computer system/customer databases as directed. Prepare forms, policies, and endorsements when required. Successfully complete and maintain all company, state, and federal licensing requirements to sell and service designated State Farm products and remain in good standing. We will train, provide licensing support, and pay for the license. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
