What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care within a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU and other neonatal units
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-centered environment
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and staff education
• Support high-acuity patients requiring ventilator support and complex neonatal interventions
• Engage with NICU support programs, including NICU Family Support and Angel Eye monitoring
• Participate in new graduate transition programs and ongoing professional development

What You Need

• Valid, active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (no other NP certifications accepted)
• Prior neonatal or pediatric experience preferred; open to new graduates
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
