Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert in-house neonatal care at a Level-IIIB NICU (49 beds)
• Manage critically ill neonates using advanced therapies such as inhaled nitric oxide, high-frequency ventilation, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Care for extremely low gestational age newborns, including infants as young as 22 weeks
• Support over 450 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 30
• Collaborate with a team of board-certified neonatologists and nurse practitioners
• Oversee care in a 15-bed Level IIIA NICU and growing Level III NICU
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and regional neonatal care coordination
• Participate in on-call or out-of-house coverage supported by telehealth

What You Need:

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Active medical license in Missouri
• Relevant neonatal care experience

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced neonatal therapies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
