$32~$34 per month

Requirements
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing dental offices (HMO proficiency required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of insurance processes and treatment coordination
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
• Overseeing daily operations with confidence and clarity
• Leading front office and support staff with a steady hand
• Handling HMO authorizations, claims, billing, and follow-ups (HMO experience is a must!)
• Presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance, and guiding patients through care
• Collaborating with the doctor to meet goals and refine office systems
• Cultivating a calm, positive, and productive office culture
