What You’ll Do

Convert leads and showroom traffic into committed buyers

Master the full sales cycle: greeting, needs analysis, demo, trade appraisal, and closing

Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, track progress, and stay accountable

Build long-term relationships by following up and delivering five-star service

Present financing options, protection products, and service plans with confidence

Represent the Ford brand and dealership with professionalism and pride
