Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Maintain complete and confidential personnel files and HR records. Monitor personnel records and advise the Head of Human Resources of missing documentation or record retention concerns. Prepare orientation and offboarding documentation. Maintain HR forms, templates, and employee acknowledgements. Respond to routine HR inquiries and assist with special projects. Coordinate HR workflow activities to support employee lifecycle processes and departmental operations. Draft and distribute organization-wide HR communications. Assist with developing, updating, formatting, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Coordinate policy acknowledgements and maintain policy records. Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, referring complex matters to the Head of Human Resources. Administer employee recognition programs, service anniversaries, plaques, certificates, and appreciation events. Order and maintain inventory of company branded apparel, promotional items, and employee gifts. Assist in scheduling employee training and logistics. Maintain employee information in ADP Workforce Now and Monitor HRIS data for accuracy and advise the Head of Human Resources of discrepancies requiring correction. Prepare HR reports and assist with audits. Ensure HR records comply with applicable laws and organizational policies. Assist with maintaining HRIS user access, security roles, and system permissions.
