Our facility is designed over a spacious 5,000 square feet, equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine technology that empowers our physical therapists to deliver exceptional care. Work Environment

This position is rooted in an onsite work setting. Operating Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will work directly with patients in our modern clinic space. The practice focuses on outpatient care, allowing you to engage closely with each patient, customizing treatment as needed in a welcoming and supportive environment. You will have access to advanced rehabilitation tools and technologies to facilitate effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify movement impairments and tailor personalized treatment plans aimed at short- and long-term recovery goals.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring comprehensive and focused sessions that drive successful rehabilitation outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patients' mobility and functional abilities, minimizing reliance on medications by exploring non-surgical treatment options.
• Design and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs, incorporating activities that address specific patient needs and preferences.
• Employ proficient manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve recovery times in orthopedic-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment provided, and progress made through EMR Software, including systems like WebPT.
• Evaluate treatment progress regularly, making adjustments to care plans as necessary, and maintaining open lines of communication with patients regarding their recovery journeys.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for our patients.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment process, instilling a sense of accountability and commitment toward their rehabilitation efforts.
• Promote preventative care strategies that help enhance the patients' overall health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is mandatory.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of California is required; candidates must have no record of board actions or disciplinary measures against their license.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques is essential.
• A proven ability to design and execute effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR Software, especially WebPT, is a plus for streamlined patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience working in orthopedic outpatient care is highly preferred, providing a solid background for effective rehabilitation approaches.
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and the ability to work seamlessly with healthcare teams is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
