Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective relationship building with clients from varied backgrounds.
